Q1. Why can't I connect my air conditioner to the AirSense App?

Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth is enabled (if required), and your air conditioner is in pairing mode before starting the setup process. If the connection fails, simply reset the Wi-Fi module and try again.

Q2. Why does my air conditioner appear offline?

An offline status usually means the air conditioner has lost connection to your Wi-Fi network or has been restarted. Check that your home router is connected, the unit has power, and refresh the device list in the AirSense App.

Q3. Why can't I control my air conditioner through the app?

If your air conditioner has recently been reset or there was a power interruption, the connection may need to be restored. Reconnecting the device through the AirSense App will usually resolve the issue and restore remote control.

Q4. Do I need to reconnect my air conditioner every time I use the app?

No. Once your air conditioner is successfully paired, it will remain linked to your account unless it is reset or removed.
