You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product:

• Has not been installed or used
• Is in its original packaging
• Includes all accessories and documentation
• Is in resalable condition
  

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours.
We'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund

If your product develops a manufacturing fault covered under warranty, please contact our support team.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been installed or used
• Are damaged due to misuse
• Are missing original packaging or accessories
• Are marked as Final Sale or Clearance (unless faulty)

All Electrolux air conditioning systems include the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
